Returns & Exchanges

At Blue Marble, our goal is for you to be 100% satisfied with any purchase you make at our shop. If, for any reason, you aren’t satisfied, we’d be happy to conduct an exchange or return for you.

*Please note: If your item(s) was purchased from any retailer other than our online shop, it will have to be exchanged/returned to that specific location.

Exchanges

If you purchased an item(s) from blmrbl.com and would like to exchange it for a different size, color, or style, you can return the item(s) to the address below within 30 days of receiving the shipment. You must include a copy of your original invoice. Please contact us prior to returning the item, and note the new item(s)/size you would like in exchange. Item(s) being sent to us for exchanges must be in new, unused condition with original tags still attached. We will not accept items in used condition. We will ship the new items to the original shipping address at no additional cost to you. All exchanges are dependent on current stock, so please check availability at blmrbl.com or reach out with any stock inquiries.

Returns

Item(s) purchased from blmrbl.com must be returned within 30 days of receiving the shipment in new, unused condition with original tags still attached. We will not accept items in used condition. Limited edition and sale items cannot be returned for a refund, but can be exchanged within 30 days of receiving the shipment.

To return an item(s) for a full refund, simply send it to the address below with the original receipt included. Please contact us prior to returning the item, and note the reason for the return. Your explanation will not affect your eligibility for a refund. Your refund will be issued to the original form of payment.                       Please note that shipping charges will not be refunded.
