Canada Cup 2016

It’s a 9 now. As the very last Premier Event in the 2016 Capcom Pro Tour, Canada Cup gave Street Fighter players one last chance to instantly qualify for the Capcom Cup finals this December. In collaboration with our friends at FloKO and Matcherino, Lap Chi Duong and the rest of Canada Cup Gaming managed to put on a memorable tournament in Toronto, Ontario. We were moved by the friendliness of every single person we met this past weekend, and it was very interesting to see how the fans prefer different Blue Marble t-shirts from region to region.

Further, OrangeMan had his native Canadian crowd going wild with his glitzy Rashid combos. Placing 33rd out of several-hundred skillful Street Fighter V players (including Infiltration, Justin Wong, Alucard, Xian, Snake Eyez, and NuckleDu), OrangeMan proved once again that he can play with the best of ’em.

See below for a few pics from our first Premier Event!
